2. Shipping the Product Back: You will need to cover the return shipping costs, as these are non-refundable. Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. For items valued over PKR 5,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Note that the timing of the credit appearing in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

– Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
