You will need to cover the return shipping costs, as these are non-refundable. Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. For items valued over PKR 5,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days. Note that the timing of the credit appearing in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
