• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging you received it in.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns and Refunds

1. Initiating a Refund:
Send an email to ask@roghanekhalis.com with your refund request and proof of purchase. We will acknowledge your request and provide detailed instructions for returning the product.

2. Shipping the Product Back:
You will need to cover the return shipping costs, as these are non-refundable. Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. For items valued over PKR 5,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days. Note that the timing of the credit appearing in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

Issues with Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
• Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
